Les Says: Ummmm…. kind of. It was the Loyalists that split to Canada after the War of Independence that brought Thanksgiving with them, I believe. At least they didn’t have to endure months of sea-sickness on their pilgrimage… that would have spoiled dinner.

It IS a good “action” shot, despite the blur of her face, isn’t it? I’ve wanted to post it since I first took it, but had to get rid of the other people in it first – they, of course, stood out clear as a bell and totally ruined the feel of it.

Posting on autopilot, also cool. I often thought that would be a really nice feature but didn’t know it existed.

Les Says: I don’t know if it exists in other blog engines – I use WordPress. I can change the date/time before hitting the publish button. Comes in handy at times.

Les Says: No, that monster belongs to My Brother the Trespasser. His name is Bert. He likes to pick on their little old toy poodle (that one has a bad heart) by sneaking up and barking really loud. The poodle begins to wheeze and Bert jaunts away laughing. Bert’s ears are almost always “inside out”, because he wags his head more than he wags his tail. Oddly, so does my brother.

Careful, you might get arrested.

Les Says: Nah. It was my brother’s barn (emphasis on the ‘was’). He wouldn’t give it to me that easy.
