  1. Supertramp! I’ll have to go find my Breakfast In America CD and play it this evening. Speaking of play, between these little cuties and that free rice game site I found a while ago, I guess billable hours are out for the time being. Oh well.

Les Says: What’d you call me?! ๐Ÿ˜€

Can’t you charge for every hour you THINK about working, like lawyers do?

  2. Damn you, Les! I had to peel those off my fridge after about a week, because they were so distracting that I couldn’t walk through the kitchen without stopping, and then I’d lost three hours before I even knew it. I love that!

Les Says: Is that not the coolest thing?! Now, like myself, you will never get dinner made. Not that I need this distraction to not make dinner. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. Damn you and your time wasting refrigerator magnets, betch!

    Forty thousand artichokes need spoons.

Les Says: WELL said! If I’d had the sense at the time, I’d have done the screenshot AFTER I wrote my masterpiece: “Eat any cats last year?”

    Addendum: What the hell – I have a Time-Machine. Let’s do it.

  4. sixtythousandspoonsmaychange everything…
i spent way too much time there, Les! I need these at home, too. Are you and I the only people who don’t have a set of these?

Les Says: Well, we WERE. ๐Ÿ˜€ I’d rather have them on the screen anyway, than play on the fridge. That’s SO passe, now.

I discovered that if you play long enough, the unseen “Others” will steal your words. *Poof* they just disappear! I learned to Ctrl-f to find them again, and steal them back.

  5. Is that what those little magnetic word tiles are for?

I have a set on my refrigerator but I never look at them. Now I’ll have to play around with them and see what I come up with. ๐Ÿ™‚

Les Says: Hi Suzanne – Welcome to Where the Walls are Soft! Yep, that’s what they’re for. Be warned; 5 minutes from now, it will be 3 hours later and you’ll still be standing in front of the refrigerator… ๐Ÿ™‚ Fun, though!

Thanks for the visit – come back soon!

  6. I have a set of those, though I have no idea where they came from- they just sort of showed up one day, and with teen daughters, had plenty to say.
Thank you for stopping by my blog and for your kind words. I’ll be back here, too. I’ve marked you as a favorite so I don’t get lost looking for you- these entrecards can take you down some pretty long tangents…

Les Says: I look forward to visiting back and forth, Cindy – you’re already in my favourites, too (you had me at “Kaleidoscope” – ๐Ÿ˜€ )

  7. Refrigerator poetry. Very creative. Hey, the writers strike is over. Even if you aren’t a union member, GET BACK TO WORK!!

Les Says: Oh, don’t go there – I really looked at that as a ‘sign’ – as in “No freaking WONDER I’m not getting anywhere. Yet.” There was a big write-up on some site or other about how non-union writers could end up black-listed from the unions if they tried to scab their way in during the strike. I was afraid to even turn on the computer some days…

But – I now have no excuses left! Onward, upward, outward bound! ๐Ÿ˜€

  8. Shet, if I could bill all the hours I *thought” about work, I could work a week and doodle and dawdle the entire rest of the month. (not that I don’t already…) They got me burning CD’s today, in lieu of any real writing. Feast or famine, heading to the refrigerator magnet and free rice sites…

    Les Says: You go, Betch!

  9. I was trying to line them all up near the top of the screen this morning (spent about an hour doing it). I left it for a few minutes and when I came back one of those invisible people had made a heart out of them.

Les Says: Happy Almost Valentine’s Day, OldGuy!

And no. It wasn’t me. This time.
